American Idol Spoilers

From mj's big blog:

- Randy Jackson chose "You Are So Beautiful" (by Joe Cocker) for Taylor Hicks to sing. Taylor's personal song choice is heavily rumored to be "Try a Little Tenderness," his song that was rejected during love ballad theme week.

- Paula Abdul get's to choose Elliot Yamin's song for next week Tuesday. She wants the crooner to sing Bobby Caldwell's "What You Won't Do For Love".

- And in the comments, it sounds like Simon Cowell doesn't like Katherine McPhee. Or maybe he just realized that she's the only other person on earth who hasn't covered "Somewhere Over the Rainbow".

No word yet on Elliot or Katherine's personal song choice, or what Clive Davis wants the semi-finalist to sing.
