Predictions: The Golden Globes

On Monday, January 16, the Golden Globes will be handed out. Now, unfortunately, TDI will not be able to live-blog the event, but we will offer coverage of the major winners. AND, to spice things up, I'll put my own guessing skills on the line; I'll predict the winners. Hey, I predicted the winners of the Emmy's, and I got 1/3rd correct. Maybe I can get close to 2/3rd's this time! Click here to read the list of major categories for this year's Golden Globes award show. Here now are my predictions:

Best Performance By An Actress In a Motion Picture - Drama:
Ziyi Zhang (Memoirs of a Geisha)

Best Performance By An Actor In a Motion Picture - Drama:

Best Performance By An Actor In a Television Series - Drama: Matthew Fox (Lost) (Keifer Sutherland will never win for 24 until it's the show's last season. It's always nominated, but pretty much never wins the big categories. Expect it to remain true this time around as well.)
