We have some big weather news to report to you today at the Institute: Tropical Depression #27 has formed. As of this post, it has maximum sustained winds of 35 mph, with gust up to 55. Forecasters expect it will become Tropical Storm Gamma by sometime Monday night or Tuesday day. TDI Affiliate and weather junkie Ace told me that it is expected to follow a track similar to Beta. Depression #27 is located over the SE Caribbean sea. We'll bring you the latest developments as warrented.
