The New Bali Bombings

There has been another bombing in Bali, Indonesia. 26 people are dead, another 101 are wounded after 3 homicide bombers denotated their explosive bests in near-simultaneous explosions across three crowded restuarants on Saturday. The remains of the bombers have been found, but not yet identified. The wounded include 49 Indonesians, 17 Australians, 6 Americans, 6 Koreans, and 4 Japanese. 1 Australian and 1 Japanese citizen were among the dead.

Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono warns that "the terrorists are still looking for soft targets," and that more attacks are possible. 2 key suspects have been named, and are key members of Jemaah Islamiyah, a very deadly and dangerous terrorist group, with links to al-Qaeda. Jemaah Islamiyah also conducted the deadly 2002 Bali nightclub bombings, which killed 202 people.
