Basically, London's Parliament is under lockdown. All exits and entrances are shut off, and so far, it sounds like there isn't an evacuation order in place.

This follows recent events, such as police identifying at least one bomber, the revelation that there was probably at least 1 suicide bomber, probably all 4 were, and multiple arrest in Yorkshire, London, and elsewhere.
