Sago Mine Update
Randal McCloy Jr., the sole survivor of January's deadly Sago Mine accident visited his home for the first time on Tuesday, his first visit since the explosion. Walking in with the help of hospital staff, the 26-year-old was able to eat a home-cooked meal and visit with his family for three hours.
Afterwards, he returned to HealthSouth Mountainview Regional Rehabilitation Hospital, where he will continue to recieve months of therapy to recover from brain damage and other injuries. This was also the first time that Randal's wife, Anna, had returned to the family home as well; she vowed that she wouldn't return until her husband could go with her. (source)
