Graphical Debate

As you may have noticed, I've been experimenting with the graphics a bit. Lately, instead of the "box graphics", I've been using "banner graphics." Which makes it easier to read? A graphic on the side, or a banner graphic on the top? (no graphics whatsoever is NOT an option...)
