It's Here: Tropical Storm Delta

Tropical Storm Delta has formed. It is the 25th tropical storm of the season. It's maximum sustained winds are around 60 mph, and according to the National Hurricane Center, Delta could briefly become a hurricane. Thanksfully, Delta isn't expected to go anywhere near landfall. But we'll still bring you the latest on this record-breaking season, as events warrent.
