i think if i were going through that in new orlean, AGAIN, i would say more than "aw crud!"
After allowing those sinful parties to be held there and being dumb enough to build a city 12' below sea-level, without the proper precautions, and voting in a stupid mayor, I'd say New Orleans deserves what she gets.
