Uh... The Hurricane or America, Matt? Or maybe even Mexico? There's a continent, an island nation, and then a hurricane. I'm guessing he wants the Hurricane out, but is shouting about it in red going to make it go away?

I'm guessing he's refering to the people in the hurricane's path.
Uh, yeah, Captain Obvious. But it's much funnier to think he meant the continent....
