Just crossing the wires... The Iraqi constitution is NOT complete...

UPDATE #1: Uh... Maybe not. There are different alerts every 2 minutes, saying "yes, a constitution", and "no, no constitution". The latest version at 3:35 is that there IS a constitution, and it's being presented to parliament. And apparently, this comes from Achmed Chalabi.

UPDATE #2: 3:53 - The constitution HAS been recieved.

3:55 - The constitution is in, and the kinks will be worked out in the coming days.
