One FREAKY case

Imagine you have a freaky, deranged looking individual pull up at the border, with all sorts of weaponry, and a red-stained chainsaw. What if he was let across the border? What if the next day, a VERY gruesesome murder occured?

It's a sick, twisted case, that, if the border guards are to be believed, couldn't have been prevented due to beaucracy. No "laws existed" that could have allowed them to detain him. It could have been rust or paint on his chainsaw. But if they held him anyway, there probably would have still been outcries, claiming violated rights.

2 people are dead. The borders are in need of serious work, and the murderer needs a(nother?) plastic surgeon. Click on this link to the story, where you'll see a photo of the murderer. His eyes are as big as plates, and his skin looks like plastic. It's like he's not even a real person. This whole case is freaky and messed up.

Oh, but if we enforced border laws we might accidentaly discriminate against someone. Not very sensitive there, Chuckles.

Having read the story a little bit more closely, it seems that there really wasn't much they could've done. Like the man said, looking like a freak isn't a crime. At the same time, blood or a bloodlike substance on his chainsaw ought to be a clue that something is amiss. That's where they went wrong, methinks.

yea the border guards were all extremely suspicious of the guy. but it would have taken a degree of corruption of the law in order to detain the guy.

That guy does look really weird. Not that he was born looking weird, but he has made himself look weird.
